The mission of the Customer Service Department is:
“To assist and communicate in a timely and professional manner while facilitating mutually beneficial solutions to customer issues and concerns.”
Customer Service is responsible for preparing monthly statements, processing payments, establishing & discontinuing service, maintaining customer billing accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
The department is staffed by a 15-member, professionally trained team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all the rate payers of the District.
