Members of the public wishing to make any comments to the Board may do so in the following ways:
- In person at the posted meeting
- Virtually, during the meeting using the webinar controls.
- Submitting an email, no less than one hour prior to the posted start time of the meeting to PublicComment@evmwd.net. Public Comments submitted via email will be referenced in the meeting minutes but will not be verbatim.
Individual Public Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes. Each person who addresses the Board shall do so in an orderly manner and shall not make personal, impertinent, slanderous or profane remarks to any member of the Board, staff or general public. Any person who makes such remarks, or threatening, personal or abusive language shall, at the discretion of the presiding officer or a majority of the Board, be barred from further participation before the Board during that meeting.
