In October, EVMWD began construction on the Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station and Dual Force Mains Project. By installing 3,400 feet of new, parallel sewer pipelines (force mains) we will improve the system’s capacity to meet future population growth and reduce odors from the existing stations. ![]()

To date, 80% of the force mains have been installed around Diamond Circle and micro tunneling under the San Jacinto River is scheduled to begin in mid-February. The project is anticipated to be completed by October 2026. ![]()
