LAKE ELSINORE, CA – Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) was recently recognized as a top workplace in the Inland Empire for the fourth year in a row. This recognition is based on the results of an independent survey of the district’s employees, which was conducted by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in workplace culture.
