Availability for water and sewer can be found by utilizing the Water & Sewer Availability Map. This map only advises that water and/or sewer mains are available to service a parcel. It is not an approval to connect to these facilities or a certification that there is adequate capacity to serve a proposed development or parcel. Please email development@evmwd.net for specific information regarding existing meters, water, or sewer service lines to parcels.
