She owns Town and Country Realty and Town and Country Document Services. Years ago she owned and operated the Spaghetti House Restaurant on Grand Avenue in Lake Elsinore.
Regarding her election as the 2010 EVMWD Board President Guglielmana shares "I am honored to have garnered the support of my fellow Board members. Serving on the EVMWD Board has been challenging with the many issues that face us today including: the southern California water supply, Lake Elsinore Stabilization, Property Tax Revenue being taken by the State and water rate issues. I look forward to facing the challenges and leading the District into 2010."
Vice President Ben Wicke has the longest tenure on the Board, serving since 1994. Re-elected to the Board in 2006 to a four-year term, he serves on the District’s Engineering and Operations Committee, and attends regular meetings with the Eastern Municipal Water District and Western Municipal Water District Water Supply Task Force. Wicke has also been on the Meeks and Daley Water board of directors since 1995 and as President since 2001. He also serves as a member of the Quail Valley Task Force and the Canyon Lake Water Subcommittee.
Director Wicke was recently elected to serve as Chairman of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) 2010-2011 Region 9 Board of Directors. Region 9’s primary goals are to provide a structure for agencies to meet and discuss water issues, provide local outreach organization necessary to advance ACWA’s legislative and regulatory priorities and to provide a forum to educate region members on ACWA’s priorities of local and statewide concern.
Director Wicke has lived in Canyon Lake for 21 years and has been a property owner since 1968 when you had to drive a jeep to access the land in Canyon Lake. He is owner of ComWest International Enterprises Inc. in Canyon Lake, a distributor of special aluminum powders to the steel and foundry industry.
